Stage 3 - Aqueous Cleaning
For oil, fuel or coolant affected filters, our Stage 3 service is designed to deliver a comprehensive solution to tackle these contaminants in your DPF, DOC, and SCR components. This stage combines the pneumatic cleaning and high-temperature baking of Stage 2, along with an added aqueous flush that effectively removes these more difficult contaminants.
Stage 4 - Ultrasonic Cleaning
Experience the pinnacle of our cleaning services with Stage 4 - Filter Cleaning Services. This all-encompassing solution is designed to address the most challenging cleaning needs for your DPF, DOC, and SCR components. Stage 4 incorporates all the benefits of the previous stages, adding an ultrasonic treatment to the mix to break up and remove the toughest of contaminants.
One-box Cleaning
Our comprehensive cleaning service for diesel one-box aftertreatment systems is designed to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Our skilled technicians meticulously disassemble the one-box system, carefully removing the Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) for cleaning, then cleaning out the internal catalysts, and then inspecting all bungs for individual attention. Employing industry-leading cleaning techniques, we thoroughly cleanse each component, including washing out the entire system.*
Isuzu Aftertreatment System Cleaning
Our team expertly disassembles the entire system, thoroughly inspects each component, and cleans the filters to remove soot and contaminants, improving efficiency. We then refurbish the system, replacing damaged or broken components and precisely resurfacing gasket areas for a secure fit. Finally, we reassemble the system with new bolts, gaskets for a perfect fit.
